Arclin Names Bradley R. Bolduc Chief Executive Officer
28 January 2021
Replaces Retiring CEO Russell C. Taylor
ATLANTA, GA, January 28, 2021 – Arclin, a chemistry-based manufacturer of engineered products for the building, transportation, agriculture, and other industries, announced today that it has named Bradley R. Bolduc Chief Executive Officer. Bolduc replaces Russell C. Taylor, who retires after nine years with the company.
After an extensive nationwide search, Arclin’s Board of Directors selected Bolduc for the position, deeming him best suited to lead the company through its next phases of growth and innovation. “Brad has demonstrated a keen understanding of the opportunities that lie before Arclin in an increasingly globalized and competitive industry,” said Chip Cammerer, Arclin Board Chairman and a Senior Managing Director at Lone Star. “The company is committing tremendous resources toward product development and market expansions in the U.S. and around the world. Brad is the right leader at the right time to lead that growth,” he said.
Bolduc joined Arclin in 2012. Leveraging years of business development experience, he focused initially on new market development before ultimately assuming the role as President of Arclin’s engineered surfaces division. “I’ve seen what this company can do,” said Bolduc. “With our dedicated teams of skilled innovators — chemists, engineers, product developers and business analysts — I honestly think we’re just getting started,” he said. As CEO, Bolduc will focus on expanding markets through continuous product enhancements and, more important, on market-changing innovations that address industries’ most pressing challenges, from protecting building products from environmental elements and fire suppression, to environmentally friendly industrial fertilizers and more.
Bolduc has also been an integral part of Arclin’s mergers and acquisitions efforts over the last decade, a role he will continue to lead as the company looks to grow its portfolio and geographic reach.
Before coming to Arclin, Bolduc served as Business Development Director for AlzChem Group AG, an international chemical company focused on energy, agriculture and related industries. He is a graduate of the University of Maine, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources and Agri-Business and studied Natural Sciences and Plant Sciences/Chemistry.
